Alice in Chains are the recipients of the Museum of Pop Culture’s 2020 Founders Award. Located in Seattle, the museum chooses an artist who’s had a largely impactful career to celebrate each year.
Alice In Chains will be honored during a Dec. 1 ceremony as part of a benefit concert that will be streamed online at 6pm PST on facebook.com/MoPOPSeattle and Twitch.
The benefit will feature performances by Alice In Chains, as well as tribute performances by members of Soundgarden (ft. Matt Cameron) with Mike McCready and Tad Doyle, Metallica, Dave Navarro, Mark Lanegan, Krist Novoselic, Duff McKagan and special appearances by Eddie Vedder, Jeff Ament and many more.
