DEAF CHARLIE’s debut single Something Real is now available digitally and on pre-order 7’’ at pearljam.com.
After Buzzcocks’ cover released last April, Jeff Ament and John Wicks have enjoyed playing together and they have founded a new band. They are DEAF CHARLIE and they introduced their first song, Something Real, during the Ohana Festival online edition.
Now their debut single, taken from their forthcoming full lenght coming in early 2021, is available for pre-order on vinyl 7’’ at pearljam.com (w/ Sitting ’round at Home as b-side).

Born in Reggio Emilia in 1980. He created pearljamonline.it in 2001 and wrote the first edition of “Pearl Jam Evolution” in 2009 along with his wife Daria. Since 2022, he is behind 2 podcasts: “Pearl Jam dalla A alla Z” and “Fuori Orario Not Another Podcast”. He has collaborated with Barracuda Style, HvsR, Rolling Stone, Rockol and Il Fatto Quotidiano. He continues relentlessly to try to find “beautiful melodies that say terrible things”.
