Pearl Jam guitarist writes a message in favor of the American basketball leagues protesting the attack on Jacob Blake.
After the protest movements against the George Floyd assassination, now American sport protests against the Wisconsin police who fired seven gunshots at Jacob Blake, paralyzing him, perhaps permanently.
“Thank you to the NBA, WNBA, MLB and MLS for using your means to protest and stand for equality in this country,” Mike McCready wrote in a message shared on Pearl Jam’s various social channels.
